To be eligible to register and use fa888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times while your account is active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fa888 may request documentation to verify your age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory evidence will result in account suspension.
• You must be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with any responsible gaming programme, and you must not be acting under any court or other legal order that restricts you from entering into agreements of this nature.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of fa888, any affiliated entity, or any game provider whose games are available on the platform.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with fa888. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Bangladesh mobile number, and any other information requested by fa888. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify fa888 immediately at [email protected].
• fa888 may, at its sole discretion, require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time. Acceptable verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. fa888 may suspend withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documents are received.
• You must update your account information promptly if any of your registered details change. Outdated contact information, particularly a mobile number that is no longer in your possession, may delay account recovery, withdrawal processing, or support assistance.

fa888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Bangladesh mobile financial services and selected partner banks. The following financial terms apply to all transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. fa888 does not impose a maximum deposit limit, however individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may impose their own transaction limits, which are outside fa888's control.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless fa888 determines otherwise at its discretion. fa888 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests received before 8:00 PM BST (UTC+6).
• All deposits and withdrawals are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fa888 does not charge its own fees on deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own service charges.
• fa888 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if the account is pending KYC verification, if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, or if any active wagering requirement on a bonus has not yet been met.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. fa888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit found to originate from an account not belonging to the registered player will be returned and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.

fa888 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific conditions stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are issued to eligible accounts only. fa888 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus from any account that it determines has been claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or in breach of any other condition.
• fa888 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed in good faith, the terms applicable at the time of the claim will continue to apply.
• Players may not combine multiple bonuses unless the terms of a specific promotion explicitly state that stacking is permitted. Where a welcome bonus has been claimed, subsequent deposit bonuses are subject to their own individual terms and are not automatically applied.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fa888 and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated system to interact with fa888 games or systems in a manner not intended by the platform.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game available on fa888.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source. fa888 may report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Registering multiple accounts or using the identity of another person to create an account on fa888.
• Exploiting technical errors, game glitches, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault are void and will be removed from the player's account.

fa888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may result in suspension or termination:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in Section 5.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by fa888.
• Voluntary closure requested by the player, including closure requested as part of a self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme. In the event of voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Unauthorised use of fa888 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fa888 limits its liability as follows:

• fa888 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
• fa888 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside fa888's control may result in temporary service unavailability. fa888 will endeavour to restore service promptly but cannot guarantee specific uptime levels.
• In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not fully enforceable, fa888's total liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Revised Terms take effect immediately upon publication. fa888 will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes by email or in-platform notification where practicable. Your continued use of fa888 after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of fa888 that cannot be resolved informally through fa888 customer support should be submitted in writing to fa888 at [email protected]. fa888 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
